Room Hire  
       Ground Floor:–
  Room 1  has a floor area of 86sq.mt. (10.8m x 7.76m) (35ft x 25 ft) and seats 80. Ceiling height is 3.75m (12.3ft) and has 2 large windows (12sq.m.) which gives the room a good amount of natural light. It has its own access to the large tea room and fire escape access to the rear of the building.  
  Room 2  has a floor area of 55sq.mt. (7.08m x 7.78m) (23ft x 25ft) and seats 40. Ceiling height is 3.75m and also has 2 large windows (22sq.mt.). Access to the team room is via the lobby area.  
  There is an acoustic screen which is the divider between these rooms and when opened creates a complete floor area of 141sq.mt. which is ideal for those large meetings. The floor has a covering of green vinyl and heating is under floor. The windows are fitted with vertical blinds and also heavy curtains. A Hearing-aid loop is incorporated in these rooms (requires prior notice for use).  
       N.B.
  The ground floor rooms are available for party bookings however age groups 12 to 20 years are excluded and we reserve the right to exclude others outside this exemption.  
     
       First Floor:–
  Room 3  has a floor area of 58sq.mt. (7.07m x 7.78m) (23ft x 25ft) and seats 40/50. Ceiling height is 2.7m (8.8ft) with windows on 2 sides (11sq.m.).  
  Room 4  has a floor area of 53sq.m. (6.43m x 7.78m) (21ft x 25ft) and seats 30/40. Ceiling height is 2.7 m with 1 window (4.5sq.m.).  
  Room 5  has a floor area of 54sq.m. (4.3m x 11.13m) (14ft x 36.5ft) and seats 40/50. Ceiling height is 2.7m with 1 window (5sq.m.).  
  There are 2 acoustic screens which form the rooms divider and versatility to have a combination of 1,2 or 3 rooms giving a total floor area of 165sq.m. The floors are carpet tiled and the windows are fitted with vertical blinds and blackout roller blinds. The tea room is accessed via the 1st floor corridor apart from room 4 which has a direct access and fire escape is also accessed via the corridor.  
       Tea Rooms:–
  The tea rooms situated on both floors are equipped with a large wall kettle, fridge, cooker, microwave, dishwasher and extractor fans operate continuously. They are well stocked with cups/saucers/plates/glasses and various sized teapots.  
       Equipment:–
  There are 120 chairs on each floor and a large stock of both 1m & 2m long tables are provided free of charge. Video/DVD/Monitor, Overhead Projector, Slide Projector, Screen, Flip Chart, Easel and Dry-Wipe Boards are also available by arrangement.  
       Storage:–
  Storage is available for regular users by arrangement at a nominal charge.  
       Accessibility:–
  A lift operates between the two floors as well as stair access and a ramp together with electrically operating doors on the ground floor for disabled/ wheelchair access.  
       Hiring:–
  The normal hiring sessions are  8.30am to 1.00pm 1.00pm to 6.00pm 6.00pm to 10.30pm with the option to extend to midnight by special arrangement and times different to these are open to negotiation.
